Goal

Today i came about new thoughts about it - 2 months.

Weight : 70kg ..but hl say 60..so need strive 60 liao !^^


Feel like updating my daily living in order to keep track.

9th May :

morning : Oats + walnut + raisin

Lunch : 2 bread + apple + grape

Dinner : 2 bread..

Goal achieve for today.


* Pantang : No ice cold drink, no Spicy food, No suan food...

10th may


morning : Oats + walnut + raisin

Lunch :  one roti canai + 2 banana

Dinner : 2 orange + 1 apple + some grape.
